She's been on your side of this process. Now she's built a firm around it.
When you submit a disability claim, what happens next depends entirely on the firm behind it. Are your records gathered completely and on time? Is your case developed strategically from the start? Does someone with real experience review what is being submitted on your behalf? At Alliant Disability, the answer to all of those questions is yes - and Kristi Human is the reason why. As President, she is responsible for building and maintaining the systems, standards, and team that ensure every client is treated with the urgency and care their case deserves.
Kristi's commitment to disability claimants is deeply personal. Years ago, her father was battling terminal pancreatic cancer, and she fought alongside him to secure the Social Security disability benefits he was owed. She knows firsthand how much is at stake for the families going through this process, how overwhelming and exhausting it can be, and how much it matters to have someone on your side who truly understands what you are facing.
With 13+ years of legal operations experience, Kristi brings a rare combination of operational discipline and genuine empathy to leading Alliant. She has built disability practices that served tens of thousands of clients simultaneously - not by cutting corners, but by designing processes that keep every case moving forward, every deadline met, and every client informed. Her track record includes scaling a national disability operation from 2,400 to 40,000 active clients while growing the team from a small department to more than 200 professionals. She understands better than most what it takes for a firm to actually deliver for the people who count on it.
Kristi's approach to running Alliant Disability is rooted in one core belief: that clients going through the disability process are already dealing with enough. Her job is to make sure the firm never adds to that burden - that calls are returned, that paperwork does not fall through the cracks, that every person who comes to Alliant feels supported from their first conversation to the resolution of their case.
What this means for your case
A firm designed around your experience as a client - not just your case as a file.
Most people applying for disability benefits have already been through a great deal before they ever contact a law firm. Kristi built Alliant's operations with that in mind. Every process, every touchpoint, and every team member is guided by a standard she set herself - one shaped by personal experience with exactly what clients and their families are facing, and professional experience building the kind of firm that gets results.
